Open-air courtyards and landscaped gardens are integrated into the layout, providing restorative green spaces that enhance wellbeing and offer opportunities for social connection or quiet reflection.

Communal areas — including living, dining, and entertainment spaces — are designed to foster community while maintaining a warm, residential character. Visitor spaces are welcoming and accessible, encouraging interaction between residents and families.

Private rooms with ensuite bathrooms priorities independence and comfort, each oriented to maximize natural light and ventilation. Support facilities such as kitchens, storage areas, and staff units are strategically located for efficiency, while nurse stations are positioned for unobtrusive yet effective supervision.
